Education:
University of California at Berkeley, Bachelor of Arts, Fall 1982-spring 1986

Special major on California Development through the social science department.

 The emphasis for the major included a broad assortment of real estate, urban history, city planning, and basic structural courses spanning the business, history, geography, art history and architecture departments.

Continuing Education:
includes courses in appraisal, property management, legal contracts, ethics, liability, tax issues and others necessary to obtain and maintain brokerage license.

I have also completed UC extension classes in real estate development, financial accounting, and legal aspects of Real Estate.

I enjoy the learning process and I am eager to gain additional areas of specific knowledge. Most recently I've been learning html and other computer programs to lay out these pages.
